Build Your World with Matador

Every Matador Construction Set comes with the tools needed to build your world with Matador. The Fitting Hammer is used to help children build structures, operative models, and imaginative worlds. The Innovative Pliers made from organic wooden injection moulding, help to disassemble the structures easily.

The Building Manuals are visually designed to provide full details as well as the first sparks of inspiration. Containing step-by-step instructions, they include detailed information on the difficulty level, number of parts needed, illustrated list of parts, and approximate building time of the projects. The manual will include pictures of how to use both the hammer and the pliers.

Developmentally appropriate and pedagogically devised, the difficulty levels of the models increase in logical steps so that skills are continuously developed. If children have not had any experience with tools, it makes sense for them to have some help during their first tries. After the first sense of achievement children turn into true Matador master builders!

Matador Maker Series uses larger blocks and is designed for children from 3 years, while the Matador Explorer Series is designed for children from 5 years.

Discover MAKER 3+

The MAKER wooden construction sets by Matador promote the motor and cognitive development of young children aged 3 years and older. With the Matador hammer, building blocks and pins are connected, allowing children to playfully develop craftsmanship skills. Using the special Matador pliers, the structures can always be taken apart and then re-assembled to form a new structure. The 4x4 cm blocks are perfectly sized for small children’s hands. The building instructions are illustrated, thereby enabling children to build on their own.
