Gluckskafer
Established over 60 years ago, Gluckskafer was a small family run toy business located in the south of Germany. It was founded by Manfred Käfer, whose personal commitment to the good of all children is not only reflected by his entrepreneurial accomplishment but by being a father of 6 wonderful children. Now owned by Nic Toys, Gluckskafer are known around the world for their beautiful wooden toys that allow for creative play and child directed free play, encouraging imagination and natural development for themselves.
Gluckskafer have a strong environmental commitment and only use selected wood, mainly beech and maple, from European forests certified for sustainable forestry according to FSC / PEFC standards.
